Meal Plan Prices in Lebanon (2026): What Should You Actually Pay?

By Chef Mahaba6 min read

Most meal plan providers in Lebanon hide their prices behind a DM. Here is the real math — per meal, per week, per month — and what should be included before you pay a single dollar.

Search for a meal plan in Lebanon and you will hit the same wall everywhere: beautiful food photos, zero prices, and a 'DM us for rates' button. We think that is backwards. Food you eat every day should have pricing you can check in ten seconds — so here is the full math, including ours.

What meal plans typically cost in Lebanon

As of 2026, most meal plan services in Beirut and Mount Lebanon price a single prepared meal somewhere between 8 and 15 US dollars, with diet-clinic style programs often costing more once consultations and add-ons are counted. Weekly bundles usually land between 60 and 130 dollars depending on how many meals per day you take, and some providers still add delivery fees on top — which quietly adds 10 to 20 dollars a week in parts of Beirut.

Mahabati pricing — public, flat, nothing hidden

Our three plans are the same for everyone and published right on our meal plans page. The Lunch plan is 60 dollars per week — five homemade lunches, which works out to 12 dollars a meal. Lunch and Dinner is 90 dollars per week — ten meals, or 9 dollars a meal. The full day plan with breakfast, lunch and dinner is 105 dollars per week — fifteen meals, which brings it down to 7 dollars per homemade meal.

Monthly subscriptions drop the per-meal price further: 228 dollars for the monthly Lunch plan (about 11.40 per meal), 342 dollars for Lunch and Dinner (about 8.55 per meal), and 402 dollars for the full day plan — about 6.70 dollars per meal, cooked fresh that morning by a mom and delivered to your door.

What must be included in the price

Before comparing any two numbers, make sure they cover the same things. With Mahabati, delivery is always free across our areas — Beirut, Achrafieh, Dbayeh, Jal el Dib, Antelias, Jounieh, Keserwan and Metn. There are no signup fees, no packaging fees, and the menu rotates through more than 177 dishes so you never pay to eat the same plate twice in a month.

Meal plan vs cooking vs delivery apps

Cooking at home is still the cheapest option on paper — until you count the groceries that expire, the gas, and the two hours a day between shopping, cooking and washing up. Restaurant delivery apps sit at the other extreme: 10 to 20 dollars per meal plus delivery and service fees, for food that is engineered to taste good rather than to be eaten five days a week. A meal plan sits in the middle: fixed cost, real food, zero daily decisions.

How to compare providers fairly

Do the per-meal division yourself, always ask whether delivery is included, ask who actually cooks the food and when, and ask how often the menu repeats. A cheap plan that serves the same six dishes on rotation gets expensive the day you stop eating it.
