High-Protein Meal Plans in Lebanon: What to Check
By the Mahabati team2 min read
Looking for more protein in your meals? Check portions, nutrition information and available dishes before choosing a meal plan in Lebanon.

If you track protein, a dish name alone is not enough to tell you whether a meal fits your target. The portion and recipe matter. Ask what information a provider can give you before paying for a plan.
Ask about the amount per serving
A meal containing chicken, fish or lentils can contribute protein, but the amount depends on the ingredients and serving size. If you need precise tracking, ask for measured nutrition information for the meal you will receive. Avoid treating a menu photo as a portion guide.
Know what Mahabati offers
Mahabati’s standard plans provide home-cooked meals. They do not guarantee a daily calorie or protein target. The weekly menu may include dishes with meat, chicken, fish or legumes; availability changes with the rotation.
Ask about extra protein
Checkout offers an extra-protein option for lunch and dinner at $2 per selected meal. Ask the kitchen what that addition contains and its portion size. An add-on does not turn the whole subscription into a measured nutrition programme.
Choose the meal coverage you need
Lunch + Dinner covers ten meals over five delivery days for $90 a week. Full Day adds breakfast and costs $105 a week. Choose based on the meals you want delivered, then check whether the dishes suit your preferences and any guidance you are following.
Before you place an order
Send the kitchen any ingredient questions or dietary requirements. If you need a personalised nutrition target, agree it with a qualified dietitian and ask whether the food service can meet it. You can then compare the plans and prices with clear expectations.
